  1. Do open program class cards expire?
    We have removed program cards from our process. Those of you that still have active cards, they expire six months from the original purchase date.

  2. Are there make up classes for the weeks the studio is closed for breaks and holidays?
    We do not schedule make up classes for those weeks that the studio is closed. Those holidays are built into our tuition schedule. Although tuition is paid monthly, the monthly amount is based on the number of weeks of instruction for the entire season and is divided into equal monthly installments. As there are a different number of classes for different months, it is simpler to pay the same amount each month.

  3. Do I still have to pay tuition if my student does not attend the school program for a month or more?
    The short answer is yes, because our tuition is based on the number of weeks of instruction in the entire season and is not per class. However, if your child is injured and cannot attend class for a month or more, we ask that you notify us immediately. We will withdraw him or her from the class for that amount of time, and parents can re-register them when the student is able to participate again. An additional registration fee will have to be paid at the time they return, but you will not be charged for tuition for the months that they are not in attendance. However, this differs for those students who are committed to a troupe or competition team. Injured students must still sit in on classes, take notes and pay tuition. This is particularly vital for competition and company students.

  4. Can I sign up for classes online?
    We are still working on online sign up and payments. Please call or email us and we will be glad to email a registration form to you. We can also take your credit card payment over the phone if that is easier for you.

  5. What are the prices for sessioned classes?
    The ATS and Zumba® classes are $60 per 6-week session. Please call the studio for any other sessioned pricing.

  6. Will you have daytime Zumba® classes?
    Yes, we are working on a daytime Zumba session coming.

  7. What if there is a class I want to take that is not on your schedule. Will you add it?
    ABSOLUTELY! All we need is a commitment of five or more people for the class and we will add it to our schedule. We are also happy to wait list the class to determine whether any other members are interested. Once five people are committed to taking the class and have paid their fees, we will put it on our schedule.
